For the children as they start their new school year
Our Project South Africa Blog has crashed. Please pray we can get it back online soon.
Highlights*My wife’s parents came for a 2 week visit
*2 Young single men made professions of faith at Wells Estates Baptist
*The weekly youth meetings at Servants of Christ and Wells Estates are starting back. We pray many will be saved.
Extremely ecstatic, are good words to describe my children when January 1 came along. The reason for their joy, was because of the arrival of my in-laws, Pastor Wayne and Connie Cofield. What an honor it was to have them here with us to start off the new year. Brother Wayne preached during every service and also taught both of the Bible institute sessions. The guys loved him. They were privileged to be under the influence of a man who has been preaching for over 40 years.
When He preached at Wells Estates Baptist there were two young single men who came forward to trust Christ. That really topped off the whole trip.
Saying goodbye after 2 weeks was tough, but it’s nice getting back into the language learning routine.
Please be praying for our trip to Cape Town the first of February. Our team is making this trip to scout out a possible place of ministry in the future. Cape Town is South Africa’s 2 largest city with a little under 4 million people. May the Lord raise up laborers for this massive city.
